I don't often comment on random videos, but as someone who often has children in his boat... that person responsible for the Scout should never be allowed to captain another boat again until he CLEARLY understands and can demonstrate responsibility for his passengers. That is infuriating. The parents also need to be held accountable. How can you get on a boat, ESPECIALLY in those conditions, without putting your young child in a life jacket?! That is absolutely beyond comprehension. The amount of irresponsibility from the adults in that crew is astounding. Every one of them should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sorry, but that "captain" is a piece of sh!t.
